We schedule recurring customers with the same crew whenever we can, so they learn your home. If your usual crew is out, we will let you know who is coming.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Sign in to your account to skip, reschedule or add services up to 48 hours before a visit. Changes within 48 hours of a cleaning need a quick call.
How does the recurring discount work?
Standard cleanings are 20% off weekly, 15% off every 2 weeks and 10% off every 4 weeks. The discount applies to the cleaning itself; add-ons cost the same on every visit.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can cancel a recurring plan from your account at any time. We only ask that changes to a scheduled visit happen at least 48 hours ahead.
