Privacy policy

Welch Cleaning Service, Inc. ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Forms. When you request a quote, book a cleaning, schedule a callback, or send a message, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, address, ZIP, details about your home and any access notes.
• Payments. Deposits are paid by card through Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We keep a record that a payment was made and its amount.
• Basic technical data. Like most servers, ours may log your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, book and carry out cleanings, and contact you about them.
• To send emails about your booking: confirmation, a reminder 48 hours before, an "on the way" notice, a request for a review and an offer to rebook.
• To answer your questions and protect the site against spam and abuse.

We contact you by phone or email only. We do not send text messages. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Only the people who need it to do the job: our office and the crew assigned to your home. We also use service providers to run the site: Stripe for payments and an email provider to deliver messages. They may process your information only to provide those services.

Cookies

We use session cookies only, for example to keep you signed in to your account. They are removed when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and account records for as long as we serve you and as long as needed for our business and tax records. Messages and quote requests you send without becoming a customer are kept for a limited time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailinghello@welchcleaningservice.com or calling (520) 728-2178. Some records, such as payment history, we may need to keep.
