Yes. Apartments are priced at 90% and condos at 95% of a house the same size. A 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is our minimum visit, an estimated $120–$135.
How do you get into my building?

Can you clean before my move-out inspection?
Yes. For an empty apartment, choose move-out cleaning so inside the fridge, oven and cabinets is included.
