About this service
A finished build isn't finished until it's clean. We clean new commercial construction, tenant improvements and remodels in phases to match your schedule: a rough clean after the trades, a final clean before inspection or walkthrough, and a touch-up right before move-in or opening day.
Construction dust in Tucson's dry air is relentless. It settles on every ledge, gets into returns and cabinet interiors and drifts back onto floors for days. Our crews work top down, wiping vents, fixtures, ledges, cabinets, glass, partitions and restroom fixtures, removing stickers, tape and light overspray, then vacuuming and mopping every floor.
