About this service

We clean after hours or early in the morning, on whatever schedule fits: nightly, a few times a week or weekly. Desks and shared surfaces are wiped, kitchens and break rooms reset, restrooms cleaned and restocked, trash and recycling out and floors vacuumed and mopped.

Do you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most offices are cleaned in the evening after staff leave or early in the morning before opening. We'll sort out keys, alarm codes and lockup during the walkthrough.
How is office cleaning priced?
We quote a flat price per visit or per month based on square footage, how often we clean and what's in the scope. The walkthrough is free. Commercial work doesn't use the instant online calculator.
Are you insured?
Yes. Welch Cleaning Service is licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to your landlord or property manager.
Can we change the schedule later?
Yes. Call or email your point of contact to add visits, skip a holiday or change the scope.
