About this service
Janitorial service is the day-to-day care that keeps a building working: restrooms cleaned and stocked, trash out, floors maintained and entries and common areas presentable. It's a step beyond office cleaning for buildings with more traffic, more restrooms or more than one tenant.
We set up a checklist for each area of your building and work it on a regular schedule, from daily to a few times a week. Crews restock paper and soap from the supplies on site, report anything that needs maintenance and keep entry mats and glass doors clear of the dust Tucson winds blow in. What's the difference between janitorial service and office cleaning?
Office cleaning covers a single office suite on a set schedule. Janitorial service covers whole buildings or shared spaces with more traffic, including restocking, common areas and reporting maintenance issues.
Do you supply paper goods and soap?
We restock from the supplies you keep on site. If you would like us to provide supplies, we can include them in your proposal.
How often should a building be cleaned?
Restrooms and entries in busy buildings usually need daily attention. Lower-traffic spaces can do well with two or three visits a week. We'll recommend a schedule after the walkthrough.
Can you clean around our events and services?
Yes. Tell us your busiest days during the walkthrough and we'll schedule cleanings after them so the building is ready for the next one.
